Welcome to Tranquil Energy Therapies: Reiki, Reflexology & Coaching where I offer a spa-like experience blending therapeutic Reflexology and Reiki energy work, along with essential oils, crystals and sound therapy to help balance the mind, body & spirit. 

My name is Sandra and I am honored to have been given the gift of helping others to heal themselves through bodywork and teaching fundamentals of health in order to empower yourself in your healing journey. This was a natural transition from my career as an elementary school teacher for 33 years prior. I have always loved to teach so I have evolved from the classroom with young children to the holistic settings with all ages in life, while still being able to educate others. I too am still constantly learning and growing. We all have the ability to heal ourselves. I am excited and grateful to be a part of your healing journey. 

I offer: Reiki, Reflexology, Health Coaching (foundations of health, muscle testing, foot detox -helps body to release toxins, Castor oil pack/detox, ...), Aromatherapy and essential oils, Aroma Reiki, Crystals/Chakra balancing, sound therapy with tuning forks, Sound baths (with crystal bowls, ocean/rain disc, gongs), emotional release, and Zyto Scans (non-invasive digital health assessment of approx. 200 biomarkers).
